Everything you see in the world, even the planets, started in the mind first. For the things of the universe, the universal mind. For the things of this world, the individual mind. For any goals you have in the material plane, you have to first think about it. Then, put your emotion into it and take action towards your intention. That's the formula for material manifestation! However, in the spiritual realm you have to subdue the mind. Through meditation, concentration, and more. Believe it or not, the world and universe will disappear when you truly subdue the mind. You will become egoless, there will be no 'you'. Just supreme peace. So the wave becomes the ocean even though it was the ocean all along! Peace.
